Refunds
Refunds are not provided once the project has been completed and the website or mobile app has been published, regardless of the client's usage or satisfaction.
Where a project has not been published because of reasons beyond our control, such as technical issues or third-party dependencies, the client is not eligible for a refund. We will, however, make every effort to resolve any technical issues that prevent publication.
How to request a refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under these terms, contact us at admin@thecoin.co.in with:

- Project details
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documents or evidence
We will review your request and respond in a timely manner.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of The Coin by Aadhinadh India in these cases:
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Unauthorised payments
- Failure to deliver services as agreed
